02. Guest Users

We respect your privacy. As a guest user, we do not collect, store, or track any form of personal data.

No names, emails, or identifiers are collected.
No tracking cookies or analytics are applied.
No device information is stored

You’re basically invisible while browsing the app. Enjoy it!

03. Information We Collect (During Signps/Logins)

Users need to signup before they can access premuim content (role-based) or sync their data across devices.

We collect the following types of data when you login/signup CVE:

3.1. Personal Information

Name (Optional)
Email address (required for account creation and login).
Device model name to prevent fraud only if you’re a paid member & try to login on multiple devices.
Payment details are processed securely via the Apple App Store. We do not store payment information on our servers.

3.2: Third-Party Integrations

We integrate third-party services to enhance user experience:

CMC API (fetches signal logos and BTC/ETH price updates).
TradingView (external link for coin charts).
Discord (external link for community discussions).
Tawk.to (in-app support system).

3.3 Cookies & Tracking

No explicit tracking mechanisms or cookies are used within the app.

04. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used for the following purposes:

Name: Providing your name is entirely optional. If you choose not to share it, no worries , we’ll just refer to you as “Trader,” because that’s what brought you here in the first place.
Names are collected to personalize the app experience, such as greeting users (e.g., “Hello, Marie”) and optionally displaying their name in notifications. This enhances engagement and a more human experience. It is not shared publicly or with any third parties.
Email is collected to grant below features:
Providing access to paid app features and user role management.
Preventing unauthorized account access and fraud.
Sending welcome emails, role assignment/expiry notifications, and feature updates with user consent.
Delivering market updates, trading insights, and analysis.
Sending push notifications (users can disable them in device settings)

05. How We Share Information

We do not sell user data. However, we may share data with:

Firebase for analytics and performance tracking.
Third-Party Service Providers such as payment processors ( Apple App Store).
Business Transfers: If Halaltrade.net is acquired, user data may be transferred to the new entity.

06. Data Security

User data is stored on highly secure cloud-based servers with industry-standard encryption. We do not process or store payment details. All payments are handled securely by the Apple App Store through their in-app purchase (IAP) systems. Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Only authorized personnel can access certain user data.

07. User Rights & Choices

Account Deletion: Users can delete their account anytime by entering their password. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed from our servers.
This action is irreversible, and paid members will lose their roles immediately.
Data Access & Changes: Users can update their name but cannot change their profile picture (as it is a decorative element and not required for the app’s functionality).
Opt-Out Options: Push notifications are enabled by default to provide timely updates. Users can manage notification preferences in their device settings or within the app.

08. Third-Party Links & External Services

CVE provides external links to TradingView (charts), CMC API, and Discord.
We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites or services.

09. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors
