02. Information We Collect (During Signps/Logins)
2.1. Personal Information
- Name, email, and phone number (mandatory for signup/login).
- Payment details (processed via Google Play Store and Apple App Store; we do not store payment data).
To prevent unauthorized access and sharing of premium content, we collect and verify the following information only when a paid user logs in on a new device:
- Name & Email (already provided during signup/subscription)
- Last Login Timestamp
- Subscription Plan
If the login request is approved, access is granted on the new device. If declined or suspicious, the account will not be logged in on the new device, but the user will still retain access on their previous device.
2.2: Third-Party Integrations
- CMC API (fetches signal logos and BTC/ETH price updates).
- TradingView (external link for coin charts).
- Discord (external link for community discussions).
- Tawk.to (in-app support system).
2.3 Cookies & Tracking
No explicit tracking mechanisms or cookies are used within the app.
03. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Providing access to app features and user role management.
- Sending welcome emails, role assignment/expiry notifications, and feature updates.
- Delivering market updates, trading signals, and analysis.
- Preventing unauthorized account access and fraud.
- Processing payments via third-party platforms.
- Sending push notifications (users can disable them in device settings)
04. How We Share Information
We do not sell user data. However, we may share data with:
- Google Analytics & Firebase for analytics and performance tracking.
- Third-Party Service Providers such as payment processors (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
- Business Transfers: If Halaltrade.net is acquired, user data may be transferred to the new entity.
05. Data Security
User data is stored on secure cloud-based servers with industry-standard encryption. We do not process or store payment details. All payments are handled securely by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store through their in-app purchase (IAP) systems. Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Only authorized personnel can access certain user data.
06. User Rights & Choices
Account Deletion: Users can delete their account anytime by entering their password. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed from our servers.
This action is irreversible, and paid members will lose their roles immediately.Data Access & Changes: Users can update their name but cannot change their profile picture (as it is a decorative element and not required for the app’s functionality).
Opt-Out Options: Push notifications are enabled by default to provide timely updates. Users can manage notification preferences in their device settings or within the app.
07. Third-Party Links & External Services
- CVE provides external links to TradingView (charts), CMC API, and Discord.
- We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites or services.
08. Children’s Privacy
- Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
