02. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
- By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

- No Guarantees: The signals provided by Cryptoverse Edge App (CVE) are based on analysis and research but do not guarantee profits or accuracy. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and trading involves risk.

Cryptoverse Edge App (CVE) offers the following features:
- Crypto Market Signals & Updates: Receive real-time insights, market updates, and signals.
- Portfolio Allocation Suggestions: Input your portfolio and get tailored allocation recommendations (long-term, intraday, scalp trading, etc.).
- Compliant/Non-Compliant Crypto List: Users can access a categorized list of compliant and non-compliant cryptocurrencies.
- Educational Resources: The app provides access to external learning materials to help users understand market trends and risk management.
- Note: Cryptoverse Edge App (CVE) is a trading insights platform and does not offer investment advice. Users should conduct their own research before making financial decisions.
05. User Restrictions
- Paid Members:
- Cannot take screenshots of exclusive signals and market updates.
- To prevent unauthorized access and sharing of premium content, we collect and verify the following information only when a paid user logs in on a new device:
- Name & Email (already provided during signup/subscription)
- Last Login Timestamp
- Subscription Plan
- If the login request is approved, access is granted on the new device. If declined or suspicious, the account will not be logged in on the new device, but the user will still retain access on their previous device.
- Exclusive Market Updates or Signals refer to trading insights, signals, and content that are only available to paid members. These are intentionally restricted from free or guest users to maintain the value of the premium membership.
- If they cancel or initiate a refund, they lose access to their role.
06. Account & User Conduct
Users must not:
- Engage in hateful speech, scams, or harassment within the app or on our social media platforms.
- Share or sell the exclusive login credentials to unauthorized people.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or share premium signals.
- Modify or hack the app, or exploit the system.
- Post fake reviews or attempt to game the rating system.
- Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
07. Refunds & Subscription Cancellations
- No refunds are provided for subscriptions.
- Refund abuse = Permanent ban.
- Paid members who initiate a refund will immediately lose access to their premium role.
08. Account Deletion
- Users can delete their account instantly by entering their password.
- Data is deleted from our servers immediately & permanently.
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
- A confirmation popup will appear before final deletion.
09. Third-Party Integrations & External Links
- The app integrates with CMC API, TradingView, Discord, and Tawk.to.
- We are not responsible for the policies of third-party services.
10. Security & User Responsibility
- Users must protect their credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- If account sharing is detected, the account may be suspended.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
- Users will be notified via in-app notice or email.
